So sad…

Not content with giving more than the max in campaign contributions (and demanding that the Sec. of State bend the rules to fit her donations), Trudy Healy planned and agreed to sponsor a fundraiser for Attorney General and governor wannabe Gary King in Taos, New Mexico.

Yesterday afternoon Aspiring Governor Gary King’s campaign announced they were canceling the fundraiser scheduled for next Tuesday. The event was scheduled to be at The Galleria, on historic Bent Street on Saturday September 30, 2014 from 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Under New Mexico Campaign Finance Law individuals, PACs, and corporations can contribute up to $5,200 per election cycle.

Why was the King fundraiser cancelled!?  We’re still speculating…

Maybe dear ol’ King isn’t well-liked up in Taos?  Healy isn’t supporting King after his debate yesterday?  Maybe King has changed his mind and now believes that he Ms. Healy was over the legal donation limit?!
