Thrilled to see you join the blogging world, my friend! Keep up the good work and don’t be afraid to speak what is right. There have been times where I’ve clicked the “publish” button in fear and trembling, knowing that what I’ve just written may make my readers bristle or get downright furious–but if we don’t speak truth, who will? Take confidence in knowing you are spreading God’s truth in love to our culture!
“If I profess, with the loudest voice and the clearest exposition, every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Christianity. Where the battle rages the loyalty of the soldier is proved; and to be steady on all the battle-field besides is mere flight and disgrace to him if he flinches at that one point.”–Anonymous, sometimes attributed to Martin Luther
