David Letterman is retiring– what better way is there to remember his show than with this clip from 2009 during the days of Governor Richardson’s administration?

Governor Richardson had some corruption issues.  As a matter of fact he was more concerned about keeping skeletons hidden in the closet than he was about getting into President Obama’s cabinet!
