The fool hath said in his heart, “There is no God,” they are corrupt and have done abominable wickedness, there is none that does good.

 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that would understand and seek God.

Everyone is gone back: they are altogether corrupt: there is none that does good, no not one.

Do not the workers of iniquity know that eat up my people as they eat bread?  They call not upon God.

There they were afraid for fear, where no fear was: for God has scattered the bones of him that besieged you: you have put them to confusion, because God has cast them off.

Oh give salvation unto Israel out of Zion: when God turns the captivity of his people, then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
