This morning James O’Keefe released a new video showing that Battleground Texas Field Organizer Jennifer Longoria may be involved in illegal activity.
According to the video Ms. Longoria advocates lifting phone numbers off voter registration forms and saving them into a database. When election day draws near Battleground Texas Wendy Davis supporters will use these phone numbers to call voters they registered. O’Keefe points out that this appears to be prohibited by law.
Texas Statute Section 13.004:
(a)The registrar may not transcribe, copy or otherwise record a telephone number furnished on a registration application.
